Lightbulb Non-Aggro Enemies

That is, enemies that don't attack you unless you attack them. There will no-doubtably be new areas added; when times like that come, I would love to see some NON-agroing enemies. It just seems like everything in GW is hostile and there is no way to walk 5 paces without being under assault. Most MMO's have enemies such as this, and just because Guild Wars is supposed to be action-oriented, doesn’t mean that it is not able to contain this feature.

Here's an example. Say you make a Level 32 giant and intimidating enemy that has very nice drops, a morale boost, or something along those lines. Your party can walk freely by this enemy and continue on traveling or your party can choose to attack it. When you attack the enemy it immediately fights back. This gives you a choice and also prevents the enemy from attacking once in agro range unless it is attacked.

There are animals which act like this but they are, by far, too weak to stand as a challenge. I would just like a few areas where it is possible to go from point A to point B without having to take on an army, well at the same time preserving the action-oriented style of gameplay by giving you a choice to fight your way through and enjoy the spoils.
